    Really good Hospitality in a Prime Location

    The staff were really nice, especially the concierge who swiftly arranged a taxi for us when transportation was scarce due to a city strike. We loved taking in the view from our Twin Room with the terrace doors open, despite the city sounds.

    Charming location with little quirks

    The morning croissants were amazing, setting a good tone for each day. The staff were attentive.

    Our room was smaller than expected was good. The noise from the street was noticeable at times, which disrupted the tranquility we hoped for.

    Family getaway at this place

    We arrived and were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, a nice touch. The location was spot on, we had an amazing view of the art museum from our room and could just stroll right over there.

    The unbound collection by hyatt features an excellent location, right between the louvre and the palais royal, with metro entrances nearby. The historical building offers beautiful views, and the interiors are cozy and thoughtfully designed. Most nice was the excellent service from the staff, particularly martin.
